If you’re selling anything to anyone today, the most effective strategy is to describe the transformation they will experience after they buy.
This is because people are willing to spend money to transform their life either by:
- Removing a “pain point”
- Or adding more “pleasure” into their life
This is why the problem-agitate-solution (PAS) formula works so well, even today!
When you focus on the transformation someone will experience rather than on what someone will get, people are much more likely to invest in whatever you’re selling to them.
But the question is – how?
First of all, ask the people who have bought from you in the past and find out how your product/service helped change their lives.
Look at your testimonials to see how your customers and clients describe the results they’ve got.
And finally, look at your competitors’ testimonials.
Write them all down in a document.
You can now focus on articulating these whenever you sell anything.
This process WORKS even if you’re sending emails, recording videos, or hosting live workshops.
And the more you can focus on the transformation someone will experience the more likely they are to invest.
Here’s why.
You see, recently I just bought a book that I already own and have already read and listened to the audiobook.
